Hello, I am sharing a card I made today using the very lovely HunkyDory at home USB stick.
I printed a sheet from the “For the Ladies” toppers collection. I selected two of the premium card blanks and printed off those too. I backed onto a pink mirricard. I made a card blank and used foam pads to create layers.
Finally I fussy cut the butterflies from the topper sheet to create a layered look. I also used Perfect Pearls on the topper.
Make your own card base using design papers from Craftwork Cards “Julie Loves”USB!
I love crafting with USB sticks. You can use your card stock in so many ways. I have used Craftwork Cards exclusive “Julie Loves” USB stick to create this pop up box!
Simply print one of the Backing papers from the ditsy, dotty and Daisy collection and one of the hearts backgrounds onto each side of your card stock.
Find a template online for measurements of a pop up card.
I wanted to create a floral look to this card so I printed flowers from the “Julie Loves” USB
I wanted some to match the pop up card. This was done by printing onto the design paper a blank flower template.
I think that a similar card could be created with any of the USB sticks. Have fun creating your own card bases using the wonderful papers!
Good Morning, it is a bank holiday here in the U.K.
I decided to use the bonus papers on the Hunkydory Home USB – Key 1 to create a faux parchment whitework effect.
I printed onto vellum one of the beautiful bonus papers from the Hunkydory Home USB – Key 1.
On the back of the vellum I used an embossing tool to created a faux parchment whitework effect. By placing the vellum on an embossing mat. I used two different sizes of embossing tool to create definition and texture.
Using glue in the areas where you whiteworked adhere the vellum to some satin card that matches your colourway. I then added a gold mirri card base. The sentiment is from the bonus section of the USB too.
See you soon,
Hello, a very Happy Easter to you all. I have had a crafty day. I played with the fabulousHunkydory USB Home – Key 1. Here are the four cards I have made.
I used a colour in sheet from the One for the Girls folder. The Backing paper is from the USB. I used alcohol pens to colour in the image.
I love this sheet of toppers and the matching premium papers. I used one of the papers as a vellum wrap simply by printing onto vellum. I used two of the toppers and a sentiment from the bonus sentiments sheets.
I used this beautiful decoupage sheet from the USB with one of the card blanks.
I printed onto the lilac card directly for this make and I added some matching ribbon to bling up the card!
Thank you for visiting today!
Hi, today I want to share with you, some Pop-Up Box cards. I have designed these, using different Craftwork Cards Products. This design of card has a real wow factor. It is something the recipient can easily display and admire! Perfect for numerous occasions
The card above was made using the Craftwork Cards Deco Kit. The dies are from the Tattered Lace range called Art Deco Classics. I paper pieced the ladies dress and the scenery using the paper from the Deco Kit. I coloured the lady using Ilustrator pens from Spectrum Noir and Sparkle pens. The toppers and the papers are all from the Craftwork Cards Deco kit. I cut down the toppers to make decorative sentiments for this Art Deco card.
I cut down a topper that comes in the Craftwork Cards Deco Kit to make this fancy topper! I added flowers in the centre of the topper and a glossy white Candi. I made it glitz with some Perfect Pearls and Stickles.
On this pop up Box, above, I used designs from the USB collections at Craftwork Cards. I foiled the illustrated butterflies. I printed them onto the paper in black laser ink and then used gold foil and a foiling machine. A great addition to the card. I love USB’s you can be so creative with them!
This fabulous Catwalk Pop- up Box card, above, was made using Craftwork Cards Fashionista Kit. I coloured the ladies with alcohol pens.
